I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience in the counseling field. I’m a graduate alumna of Old Dominion University, Lynchburg University and Norfolk State University, Psychology. I also have 8 years of teaching and supporting students with learning, mental, emotional, and/or physical disabilities in the academic school setting. I’m passionate about helping people achieve mental health wellness, improve relationships, and resolve problems.
