About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience in the counseling field, providing services to both children and adults. I’m a graduate alumna of Old Dominion University, Lynchburg University and Norfolk State University, Psychology. I also have 8 years of teaching and supporting students with learning, mental, emotional, and/or physical disabilities in the academic school setting. I’m passionate about helping people achieve mental health wellness, improve relationships, and resolve problems. I believe that individuals are destined and designed to heal, transform, thrive, and soar in life!
